beach views fabulous food
the palm mansion room was amazing, it provided beautiful beach views. the restaurants, including 101, zest, and stay, were very nice. stay is a 2 michelin restaurant and a wonderful addition to the hotel! breakfast was also special, offering fabulous food and service outdoors.
I found my call to the hotel frustrating as it was rejected several times. Then the representative was unhelpful.

inconvenience no apology
The staff was well-trained giving personalized service! Attention to detail was perfect from arrival to the pool area.
The attempt to contact the hotel was frustrating. My call was rejected, repeatedly, I received no apology for the inconvenience.

Tranquil and Refined Stay
thorough housekeeping clean beach efficient beach great service
The gym has several treadmills and weights. I found the housekeeping very thorough. They kept my room pristine. The recreation team manages the beach efficiently (and keeps it clean). The service in Zest (especially from Faye, Kule, and Deepanshu) was great.
Contacting the hotel before my arrival was difficult, as my call was rejected several times.

The hotel offers a peaceful setting in contrast to the busier parts of the city. The hotel felt secluded. I noted that it offered a calm atmosphere conducive to relaxation away from the city's bustle.
